Victoria Bergeron is a Senior Researcher focused on fiscal analysis of the state budget, she has also specialized in early education and care policy research. Prior to joining MTF in 2024, Victoria most recently worked as the Legislative Coordinator for the Massachusetts Teachers Association where she supported the MTA's legislative agenda and managed relationships with legislative partners.

Victoria has a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Boston University.
